Cercle de Conversation is about having general conversation in French about interesting personal events, books, films, restaurants, and other topics that members want to discuss. Sometimes members bring articles to read in French. You would be hard-pressed to find a more friendly or engaging group!
There is no cost to attend once or twice but we prefer to have people be members of the French Alliance in Nashville to continue beyond the first or second visit. Join this group whether you want to use your French with other French speakers, socialize with fellow francophones, or improve and practice your speaking in a supportive environment.
This is not a teaching group, even if participants try to help each other with vocabulary, pronunciation, etc. If you are interested in learning French, visit our French Classes page.
Cercle de Conversation happens in-person (AFN Resource Center) and virtually, each Saturday, from 11 a.m. to noon.
